8. Revenue Sharing Program
CTE offers a revenue sharing program where eligible participants may receive a share of revenue generated through the platform. Participation is subject to the Participation Agreement, which governs the specific terms of revenue sharing including eligibility, calculation, and payment.
9. Payment Terms
If you subscribe to paid features:
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA).
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
