CTE provides a research-based cognitive assessment tool called the Decision Load Index (DLI), along with related content, analytics, and productivity insights. The Service includes:

• DLI self-assessment questionnaire and scoring
• Personalized productivity insights and recommendations
• Research articles and educational content on cognitive load
• Newsletter and email communications (with consent)

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account or sign up for our Service:

CTE offers a revenue sharing program where eligible participants may receive a share of revenue generated through the platform. Participation is subject to the Participation Agreement, which governs the specific terms of revenue sharing including eligibility, calculation, and payment.

If you subscribe to paid features:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in compliance with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA).
