The Omnibus deferred the high-risk deadlines to 2027–2028 — and then Article 101 landed on 2 August 2026 anyway, unmoved, carrying fines up to 3% of worldwide turnover. Three of its four grounds are evidence-production failures, not model failures. The paperwork slipped; the duty to produce evidence did not.
Private data, untrusted content, and the ability to communicate out. When an agent has all three, prompt injection becomes exfiltration — and nearly every useful agent acquires all three by default. Break the chain at the gate.
